The key to Flint Style is it uses dry, loose meat in the coney sauce, in the tradition of the famous Flint Coney Island, Angelo's.

 

Detroit Style:

Made by Koegel Meats Inc., Detroit Style chili is a blend of flour, cracker meal and unique Koegle's spices which creates the coney island topping used for creating the Detroit style Coney Island flavor.

Koegel's product is made and used in many coney island restaurants in the Detroit area.
